USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Signal Tower Studio ("Company") governing your purchase and use of digital audio files ("Audio Files") sold through Signal Tower Studios' online store ("Store").
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing the Audio Files, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Audio Files for personal, non-commercial listening purposes only.
2. Restrictions
Without specific written consent from the Company, you may not:
Copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Audio Files.
Modify, edit, or create derivative works from the Audio Files.
Use the Audio Files for commercial purposes, including public performances, broadcasts, or synchronization with visual media.
3. Ownership & Copyright
All rights, including copyrights, remain with the Company and/or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
4. Termination
Company may terminate this license if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Audio Files in your possession.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Audio Files are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Audio Files.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to this Agreement
Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Audio Files after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
